Guided by artistic and whimsical touches, sustainability, and universal design, Solasta is dedicated to individuals and group leaders seeking an inspiring, physically-accessible, and affordable venue for workshops and retreats.

  • Indoor and outdoor spaces accommodate a maximum group size of 9-14 overnight guests and approximately 20 day-use guests. A spacious kitchen is available with dining for 20 at two tables.

    Outdoor spaces include a small and large patio, deck, porch, gardens with pathways, a labyrinth, and pasture.

  • Groups and individuals can gather during the day or stay for several nights to reflect and deepen their personal or collective purpose and creativity. Indoor or outdoor meeting spaces accommodate 15-20 people.

    There are up to seven separate, private bedrooms and up to three semi-private rooms with a total of 9 queen beds and 2 twin beds. Click here to see all rooms —>

    Bedding and towels are provided. There is a spacious, well-supplied kitchen for groups and individuals to prepare meals for themselves.

    Meg is available to assist you with any menu planning, shopping, activities planning or facilitation upon request.

  • There are 3 full bathrooms that can be shared. Air purifiers, humidifiers, robes and reach bars are available. Internet is available, and TVs are available for video conferences in the living rooms.

    We have reduced most physical access barriers in the home & gardens so the spaces can be more fully enjoyed by all guests.

    On-site parking is provided and an RV/Camper parking space with electric and water is also available.

  • The home is situated on 5-acres of pasture, alongside neighboring farms and mountainside. Solasta is Meg’s residence along with two friendly cats and a labradoodle. The downstairs and back bedrooms are kept pet free.

    The home and property was established with universal design in mind to be a sanctuary for human and non-human life alike. Every space was created with the intention of being as sustainable as possible.

  • Individual rates are $40/night for a private room or $25/night for a semi-private room. Home rental is $150 for daylight use, or $250 for overnight use. The three full baths are shared.

    A cleaning fee of $100 per stay is included for overnight groups.
